Commission Info

In this page, you'll find up-to-date information related to commissioning me, from pricing to payment methods and other things.

To get started, I typically separate them in three main categories: Bust, Thighs-up and Full Body. Of course, some artworks don't fit neatly into these, but more on that later!

Keep in mind that overly intricate poses or outfits may affect the price.You can also just message me on DeviantArt or any of my other socials with your commission idea and I will give you a quotation, but reading this might help.

Bust - $45

Bust artworks are akin to portraits, but I can include a bit more of your character, typically below the bust but not quite waist level. Of course, there's some degree of variation depending on what works best.This tier can include a simple background with no change in price, but you can also opt for solid colors or abstract patterns if you prefer.Bust artworks are restricted to simple poses, limited armor/outfit customization and are roughly 3000px in resolution.

Thighs-up - $85

Thighs-up artworks can have a broader view in comparison to bust artworks: you'll have more background real estate, no limitation regarding armor/outfit, as well as much more freedom regarding the pose.You're free to choose any background of your liking.Thighs-up artworks are also typically 3000px, though they sometimes go higher if the composition demands it.

Full Body - $120

Full body artworks are, well, full body artworks! They provide the most freedom with poses and background interaction, as well as possibility for more intricate compositions.You're free to choose any background of your liking.Full body artworks are regularly over 3000px.

Additional Info

Some artworks simply don't fit neatly into these slots, or perhaps you simply want to add other things.This is all possible, don't worry. For the commission process, message me on any of the platforms linked at the end of the page (though I prefer Deviantart, but feel free to choose any), and describe what you had in mind.After that, I will come with a more adequate price (and describe what is influencing it, and how much), after which we can proceed as normal.

Some Things That Can Alter the Price

- Unusual anatomy (extra arms, etc.);- Overly intricate armor that must be accurately reproduced;- Private Commissions;- Alternate Versions.I cannot list how much each of these will cost, as they vary too much from artwork to artwork, e.g. a hair color alt version is much quicker than an armored/nude alt version, which can also be slower or quicker depending on outfit complexity and pose, so they are all priced on a case-by-case basis.

Private Commissions

Given that I need to continuously post artworks to keep my socials going, which is something that can be delayed by private commissions, those have a 50% multiplier on the total price, e.g. a $120 regular commission, if made private, will cost $180. A $200 commission, if made private, will cost $300.I can offer discounts at my discretion.

NSFW and Alt Versions

NSFW artworks are priced the same as SFW ones.
You can also request SFW with an NSFW alt version. I will typically publish the default version on my open socials and the alt version(s) on Patreon, unless you want a particular version to be made private.The fee for making only an alt version private is smaller, though it may vary by complexity.Given that Alt versions are Patreon-only, follow the link below for a few non-paywalled examples.(Contains NSFW pictures, you've been warned!)

What to Expect/Commission me for:

- Fantasy characters in general, from portraits with no background all the way to full body, dynamic portrayals.- Any fantasy non-human race is doable!- SFW and NSFW of all degrees, including SFW/NSFW alt versions.- Even though a great deal of my published artworks are pin-ups, that's not a restriction in any way, it's simply what most people commission (and what I end up doing with my characters more often than not :D).

Terms

- I work strictly with fantasy characters. I do not create artwork based on real people.- I do not work with underage characters.- I can refuse a commission request if I don't want to work on a particular character, OR I can charge more for it, at my own discretion.- Even though the typical turnaround time is around 7 days, this is subject to variations depending on the number of artworks on queue, as well as artwork complexity.- Given that my payment methods are Escrow services for the most part (they keep the money on hold), you pay in full before I start working on it. I can make exceptions for returning clients.- I really want to ensure that you are happy with the final artwork, and I will do everything within reason to ensure that it comes to pass. However, I hold the right to refuse unreasonable revision requests, whether that be due to quantity or complexity. This is mostly context-based, and other things can fall under "unreasonable behavior", but it all comes down to having common sense.-- PS: I never had to make use of this term, so you really have to push it to make it happen.- I don't do free commissions/samples.

Payment Methods

I offer Commissions via Artists&Clients, Deviantart, or Patreon.If I am to choose, I prefer DeviantArt or Patreon, because Artists&Clients takes a substantial cut. Regardless, you can choose whichever you prefer, and you can use Paypal on either.Artists&Clients is more organized overall (I accept the commission, you pay the commission, the money is on hold, I deliver the artwork, you flag it as completed and the money is released), but again, there's the hefty cut.DeviantArt simply holds the payment for seven days and then releases it afterwards automatically.For Patreon, you can purchase the tier that grants you a commission (Full body, the "Devil" Tier), or pledge a custom amount equivalent to what you have in mind if none of the tiers fit (Message me first so that we can come to an accurate figure).At present, I do not offer commissions directly via Paypal.

Alt Versions

Sometimes you just can't pick between two small details, or you want a SFW and NSFW version (or even multiple NSFW versions). For this, you can request alt versions.Each will have its own pricing depending on complexity -- Once you describe what you want to me, I will include it in the total value of the artwork.Alt versions are typically published on Patreon. You can typically have many alt versions (Xal'atath has about five or so in total), as long as it is kept within reason.

I believe that covers everything! As mentioned before, you can make only alt versions private, and it's not the same 50% fee over the total value. It's on a case-by-case basis, but I won't charge anything for, say, keeping alt hair colors private or other random versions, mostly those that can be of interest to viewers, e.g.SFW/NSFW, alt genitalia, and so on. They'll typically cost less than the alt version themselves, so likely under $10 for genitalia swap, for instance.
